Payment-stage ledger
Know what each Joyagoo payment is for
A top-up, product order and parcel payment are different transactions. Match your question to the right payment record.
Balance is not the same as an order payment
Adds funds to the account balance. It does not by itself identify a product purchase.
Read: amount, currency, statusCovers the selected item and the order-stage amounts shown with it.
Read: item, option, quantity, domestic contextCovers the selected shipping option and parcel-stage services shown.
Read: packed parcel, route, servicesShows a returned amount and where it was credited or sent.
Read: related item or request, settled amountProduct and domestic delivery payment
The product stage can include the selected item and any domestic movement shown on the order. Compare the paid selection with the original listing before assuming the difference is a platform fee.
Parcel shipping and optional services
International shipping belongs to the packed parcel stage. Check the current account for optional photo, packaging or service fees, since they can vary by order or parcel.
Offer scope
What an offer applies to
Read the eligible payment, dates, minimum conditions and exclusions. A shipping offer may not reduce product cost; a seller discount may not change international parcel charges.
- Which transaction is named?
- What dates or account conditions apply?
- Does a minimum spend use product value or parcel value?
- Is the benefit automatic or entered at payment?
- What happens if an item is returned?
Refund balance and payment records
Match a refund to its item or request, then read the settled amount and destination. An approved request and an available balance can appear at different times. Use the current account record for live status and payment-method availability.
