Service-condition matrix

Choose a shipping option by what it accepts and includes

Start by checking which available options accept your packed parcel, serve your destination and include the tracking or protection you need.

Why a route may not fit this parcel

Condition to readQuestion it answersEffect on the choice
Accepted contentsDoes the option handle every item in this parcel? An excluded item can make the whole parcel ineligible.
Weight and size limitsDoes the packed parcel fit the service?A large dimension can matter even when mass is modest.
Destination coverageIs the service available for this country or region?Availability can differ by destination.
Tracking scopeWhich movement and delivery events are recorded?Limited tracking can make delays harder to interpret.
Protection termsWhat events and evidence are covered?Limits and exclusions matter as much as the headline amount.

Compare the same destination and packed parcel

Keep contents, weight, outer dimensions and destination constant. Otherwise a lower estimate may simply describe a different parcel.

What the delivery estimate includes

A route’s transit estimate generally describes the carrier stage shown for that option. It should not be treated as the entire buying timeline: seller handling, domestic delivery, warehouse questions and parcel preparation happen before international movement.

Item information, declaration and tax

Accurate item descriptions and current declaration requirements support the parcel record. Tax or customs outcomes depend on destination rules and the shipment context; this guide does not invent a fixed rate or guarantee an outcome.

Read the coverage and exclusions together

Look for covered events, evidence requirements, limits and exclusions. “Insured” by itself does not explain what a later claim would need or what amount could be considered.

Save the records you may need for a claim

Save the parcel reference, packed weight and dimensions, selected option, warehouse condition photos, packaging evidence and tracking record. These records connect the pre-dispatch parcel with the post-dispatch event.
