Photo evidence
Turn a Joyagoo QC question into the right photo request
Begin with one unresolved visible question. The useful view follows from that question—not from a wish for more images in general.
What do you still need to check?
Match it to a view
- Surface or colour
- Even lighting and a close view of the specific area.
- Label or mark
- A flat, focused image with the text readable.
- Included part
- All pieces placed together, not hidden by packaging.
- Measurement
- The item positioned consistently with the tape visible from end to end.
Request wording
Write a specific photo request
“Please photograph the inside size label flat and close enough to read.”
That sentence names the location, view and desired result. It is easier to fulfil and easier to judge than “send detailed photos.” For a measurement, include the two points the tape should connect.
Read the measurement, not just the size label
A size label tells you the listed size; a measurement tells you the item’s actual dimensions. Compare like with like: the same garment position, the same endpoints and the same units.
What warehouse photos can tell you
Warehouse photos can show visible condition, labels, included pieces and measurements. For questions about authenticity, internal construction or electrical performance, use the listing specifications or other relevant evidence. A close-up video can help with moving parts such as zips, clasps or flexible materials.
