Listing reference

Read a Joyagoo product link before you act on it

A product URL can point to a listing while the choice that matters sits inside it: seller, option, size, colour, version or included parts.

Which item does this link identify?

Keep the source and the selected option together. One without the other can describe a different purchase.

Why an option or price can differ

A listing can contain several versions under one URL. The first price shown may belong to another size, bundle or configuration. Read the selected label and its image before using the number in a comparison.

If a purchase record shows a different amount, compare the option, quantity, domestic delivery and any service shown on that record. Do not treat every difference as a hidden fee.

Photo search, links and item numbers answer different questions

Image search helps locate visually similar listings. A link identifies a seller page. An item number identifies a record after it has been imported or ordered. Each one serves a different purpose: image search can surface candidates, a product link opens the seller listing, and an item number identifies the saved or ordered record.

When an image match looks promising, confirm the specification in the listing rather than relying on resemblance alone.

When the original link changes
  1. Open the saved record.Keep its item number, chosen option and price context.
  2. Compare the current listing.A removed option, seller edit or new-year title can change what the URL now shows.
  3. Use photos for visible identity. They can help with colour, labels and included pieces—not unseen specifications.

Use specifications for questions a photo can’t answer

Electronics and watches can raise compatibility, voltage, connectivity or included-part questions. A clear picture may show a port or label, but it does not prove performance. Use the written specification and current order details for those decisions.

Older names and account questions

Older help pages or saved links may use legacy naming. Legacy names can help identify older records, but check account access, balances and benefits in the current Joyagoo account.
